What do you believe is the purpose of a college education?
I believe the purpose of a college education is to help someone gain a greater knowledge of a career they want to pursue.
What does it mean to be educated?
I believe being educated is always around you and can be about anything. People gain knowledge from different people, younger or older, and in different ways throughout life.
What experiences have you had with education that led you to this belief?
I feel that kids can always learn things about their parents, and grandparents past. My grandfather can tell me things from the war, things that you normally don't find in a text book. I also have a little cousin who is 4-years old. He can tell me information about his toys and movies he watches that I do not know. He amazes me sometimes with the knowledge he has stored.
